Wildlife Cartoons from Tunza Games

At a recent Conservation Optimism event about how framing affects communication, the host of the seminar, Ralph, used cartoons to share some key concepts and ideas, and it made us think we should try doing the same.


Cartoons have been used for decades in all sorts of publications and often provide a very quick way to get a message across, which appeals to a wide audience. If the cartoons can be funny as well as making a statement then so much the better, and often simply being amusing or interesting is enough anyway.


The first cartoon idea came to me on the way back from that seminar. I'm a big fan of zebras and have been for years, (I always had this idea of them being the coolest animal on the savannah, not sure why!), so inevitably the first cartoon is all about our black and white friends...
